Warranty on Products & Service
Return any item within 14 days of purchase in the undamaged original box it came in. Any signs of misuse or abuse of the product/s may void any warranty. There is a “One Year Mfg. Warranty” on any defective parts.
Any tools repaired by
Pro-Tech Supply Co. have a 14 day warranty on parts replaced by Pro-Tech
Supply Co. We recommend replacing the most common orings, seals & gaskets the first
time. All tools returned for warranty or repair warranty must have the
matching serial number from original sale or repair. All tool repairs are
subject to a labor charge depending on the tool, tool repair normally
does not exceed half the cost of a new tool or we will advise.
